The following in particular do not form part of the prize:
- costs for passports,
- visa and entry fees,
- travel insurance,
- travel to and from the respective departure airport,
- personal expenses,
- meals, unless expressly part of the travel programme,
- other services not expressly named.
7. Accompanying Person
The winner may name one accompanying person.
The accompanying person must meet all travel, entry and participation requirements.
These terms and conditions of participation apply accordingly to the accompanying person.
The accompanying person must be named within the deadline communicated by the Organiser.
8. Travel and Entry Requirements
The winner and the accompanying person are themselves responsible for meeting all requirements necessary for the trip and for obtaining the required documents in good time.
This includes in particular:
- a valid passport,
- any required visas,
- health, vaccination or other certificates,
- compliance with all entry and exit regulations in force at the time of travel.
If the trip cannot be taken due to missing or invalid documents, refused visas, official measures or other personal circumstances of the winner or the accompanying person, the entitlement to the prize lapses without replacement.
9. Factory Tour
The respective on-site safety, access and conduct regulations apply to the tour of the production facility.
The instructions of the responsible staff must be followed.
The Organiser and the operator of the production facility reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas or to prohibit photography, video and film recordings in whole or in part.
10. Determination of the Winner and Notification
The winner will be determined at random from all valid entries after the end of the entry period.
The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or by telephone.
If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of the prize notification being sent, the entitlement to the prize lapses. In this case the Organiser is entitled to determine a replacement winner.
11. Cash Payment and Transferability
Payment in cash, payment in other assets or an exchange of the prize are excluded.
The prize is not transferable.
12. Amendment, Suspension or Termination of the Prize Draw
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the prize draw early, in whole or in part, at any time for good cause.
This applies in particular in the case of:
- technical problems,
- attempted manipulation,
- legal or official requirements,
- security risks,
- natural disasters,
- pandemics,
- political events,
- cases of force majeure.
If the trip cannot be carried out, or cannot be carried out as planned, due to such circumstances, the Organiser is entitled to adjust the travel date or to provide an equivalent replacement prize.
In this case there is no entitlement to the originally announced arrangements.
13. Liability
The Organiser is liable without limitation for damage based on intent or gross negligence, as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health.
In the case of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
In all other respects, the Organiser's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The Organiser accepts no liability for failures in performance by airlines, hotels, transport companies or other third-party providers engaged to deliver the prize.
14. Data Protection
The controller for the processing of personal data is:

The personal data collected in connection with the prize draw is processed exclusively for the purpose of running and administering the prize draw.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
The following in particular are processed:
- First and last name
- Company
- Role/position
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Address (where required)
The data will be stored only for as long as is necessary to run the prize draw and to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Participation in the prize draw is not conditional on consent to receive newsletters or other promotional information.
Any consent given to marketing activities is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Participants have the statutory rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

15. Publication of the Winner
Publication of the winner's name, company details, photographs or other personal data will take place only with the winner's prior express consent.
Withholding such consent has no effect on the entitlement to the prize.
16. Tax Treatment
Any tax obligations arising from the prize are borne by the winner.
17. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
18. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory provisions preclude this.
19. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
